I think I only watch this now as a reminder of that fun and dorky teen soap that I used to get a kick out of…my favourite two characters are still there, but all of their feisty chemistry is underplayed and hidden from sight. Now they’re just passing the time on screen with occassional sparks that remind me of what we used to have. le sigh.  My viewership feels increasingly inexcusable.

Bit like nostalgically spraying a stinky air freshener in your room to remind you of a perfume you used to love in high school.

Don’t get me wrong……I’ll still watch every single episode. I’m a sucker like that.
